Cindy previously worked as a researcher in the International AI Diplomacy Division at the Republic of Korea’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she worked on the APEC AI Initiative, and as an intern at the World Health Organization, focusing on regulatory systems. She holds an MSc in Health Data Analytics and Machine Learning and a BSc in Biochemistry, both from Imperial College London.
